These lemon and coconut protein balls are super delicious and only contain 5 ingredients!

They can be a perfect post workout snack, on-the-go snack or a treat to curb those sweet cravings.

Lemon Coconut Protein Balls: Ingredients List

  • 150g almonds
  • 35g shredded coconut
  • Juice of 2 lemon, approximately 100ml
  • 80g protein powder
  • 4 seedless Medjool dates

Easy Protein Balls: Directions

  1. Add the almonds in a food processor and process until they form a nut meal. 
  2. Add the rest of the dry ingredients.
  3. Slowly add lemon juice until the mixture is moist enough to form balls. Be sure to add the lemon juice slowly as too much can make the mixture too wet or sloppy.

How to Store Your Lemon Coconut Protein Balls

These lemon and coconut protein balls can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.

Thaw them out for 15-20 minutes from the freezer before enjoying.
