Easy (and Healthy!) Smoothie Recipes
Are you searching for easy smoothie recipes that are healthy too?
Smoothies are undoubtedly one of the quickest breakfast options out there, and in this blog we share a collection of nutritious smoothie options that are both filling and perfect for the pureed diet phase.
All of the recipes below make 1-3 serves, but keep in mind that your capacity for food and fluid intake following surgery will differ depending on how far long along you are.
Remember to take small sips and stop drinking when you feel satisfied.
To minimise waste, smoothies can be made into ice blocks and stored in the freezer for a later date.
